CAFY is a prominent back-to-school event focusing on the four pillars of success which include careers, education, finances, and health, aiming to provide families with essential resources for academic and life success. This year's event featured over 70+ displays showcasing community activities and resources, alongside live demonstrations, food trucks, inflatables, games, door prizes, and 1000 FREE backpacks filled with school supplies. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with our community and share the Art of Living youth programs.

You are invited to online *Wellness through Breathing & Meditation* intro-talk by the Art of Living.

These sessions are organized by Art of Living volunteers, who help you find inner peace and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. Through the power of breathing and meditation, you'll learn techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and improve overall well-being. Our experienced instructors will guide you on a journey of self-discovery
