Booking Fee Policy
We have a strict booking fee policy in place due to repeat no-shows and last-minute cancellations. To reserve the appointment time, a 25 % fee is required for each service scheduled. This fee will be applied to your treatment service. Please keep in mind that refunds on fees are at the discretion of the business.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may force you to cancel your appointment. If this occurs, we politely request a cancellation call 24 hours before your booked appointment. Your money will be forfeited if you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Maddi is joining us as our newest Receptionist, and while she may be new to the beauty industry, she certainly isn’t new to looking after people!

With an extensive background in customer service, hospitality and disability services, Maddi brings with her a genuine passion for helping people, a warm and friendly nature and plenty of experience making sure everyone feels welcome and cared for.

We know she is going to be such a wonderful addition to our team, and we’re very excited to see her grow with us! 🌸
