A little life update from Aloca 🤍
Things might have been a little quiet on our socials lately, but I promise it’s been anything BUT quiet behind the scenes!
Between our appointment schedule, moving house, relocating the salon and trying to get everything unpacked and organised, life has been a little chaotic to say the least!
Unfortunately, somewhere amongst all of that, remembering to take photos during appointments has completely slipped my mind. 😂
There’s still been plenty of beautiful hair leaving my chair, I just haven’t been doing a very good job of documenting it!
But with that being said, I thought I’d share a little sneak peek of our new salon space!
We’re slowly getting settled in, and while there’s still a few finishing touches to come, I’m absolutely loving how everything is coming together.
I’m hoping to get back into sharing more of my work, transformations and content over the coming weeks.
A massive thank you to all my beautiful clients for your patience, understanding and continued support throughout the move. It genuinely means so much to me.

A little heads up for clients visiting our new salon! 🤍
As we’ve only just moved in, our new property is still undergoing the final stages of renovations.
So please don’t be alarmed when you arrive and things look a little rough around the edges! 😂 We currently have a builder’s skip out the front, partially completed fencing and a few unfinished bits and pieces.
Please bear with us over the next week or so while we get everything tidied up and looking a little more presentable!
Also, a little note about accessibility!
Our new salon is located upstairs, so if you require assistance with the stairs, are bringing a pram, or need a hand with anything at all, please let me know before you arrive! I’m more than happy to come down and assist you. Please don’t feel you need to struggle getting up on your own.

WE’RE MOVING! 🤍
A little update for all my lovely clients!
We’re moving house tomorrow (Friday), which means Aloca Hair Extensions is moving too!
From Monday 19th October, I’ll be welcoming you into our new home salon, located just a few minutes from our current location, so don’t worry — we’re not going far!
All clients with upcoming appointments will receive a text over the coming days with our new address and appointment details.
Please bear with me while I get everything unpacked, organised and our beautiful little salon back to normal.

And we’re definitely not offended if our pricing isn’t for everyone. We want clients who value what we do, not clients shopping purely on who can do it cheapest and quickest.

When you book an appointment ONLINE, your appointment is paid in full at the time of booking.
Please be 100% certain that you are able to attend your chosen appointment before completing your booking.
While I’m happy to accommodate cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice, please keep in mind that every ONLINE payment incurs processing fees on my end - bookings using Afterpay incur an additional fee to myself of approximately 6% that is deducted from your total, before I even receive your appointment funds.
When I refund a booking, I have been refunding the full amount that you paid, despite the fact that I did not receive that full amount in the first place.
This means that when an appointment is booked, paid for and then cancelled, I actually end up out of pocket for an appointment that never went ahead.
I completely understand that sometimes plans change and things come up. I simply ask that you please avoid booking an appointment online unless you are confident that you intend to keep it.
Thank you for understanding that as a small business, these fees do add up. 🤍
Please also remember that cancellations within 48 hours remain subject to our cancellation policy.
