Some moments just feel like home.
There’s something special about being surrounded by horses, taking a breath, and appreciating the quiet connections that make this life so meaningful.
For Tina, it’s always been about the horses, the relationships, and the journey of learning and growing alongside them.

What do we wish more horse owners knew?
Meet Caitlin West, one of the talented therapists on the Inhand Equine Therapy team!
One thing Caitlin wishes more horse owners understood is how much our horses can communicate through subtle changes in their bodies and behaviour, often before obvious pain or lameness appears.
From uneven movement and postural changes to resistance during work, these small signs can tell us a lot. What might look like a horse being naughty could be their way of communicating discomfort.
Whether your horse is a competitive athlete or a leisurely trail partner, learning to recognize their normal movement patterns and behaviour can make a real difference.
✨ Get curious. Notice the little things. Learn your horse.
By paying attention to how your horse moves, carries themselves, and responds to work, you can become a more informed partner in their comfort and wellness.
Thank you, Caitlin, for sharing your knowledge and reminding us why education and a whole-horse approach matter so much!
Striving for Mastery.

What happens when equine bodywork and veterinary sports medicine come together? 🐴
In this conversation, Tina and Dr. Chad Hewlett explore the value of looking at the whole horse, understanding how different areas of the body connect, and recognizing when persistent pain may involve more than the tissues we are treating.
The Whole Horse, Full Circle of Wellness course brings together three perspectives: veterinary medicine, equine bodywork, and classical training, creating opportunities to learn, collaborate, and deepen our understanding of the horses in our care.

DON’T UNDERESTIMATE 15 MINUTES. 🐴✨
You get home from work, the sun is starting to set, and you don't have hours to dedicate to your horse.
That's okay.
Even 15 minutes of thoughtful strength and movement exercises can be a valuable addition to your horse's program.
Simple exercises like this ladder work encourage your horse to think about where they are placing their feet, engage their body, and work with intention.
It doesn't always have to be a long training session.
Sometimes, a few minutes of purposeful movement is better than doing nothing at all. 💗
What can you fit into your horse's program today?
