This one is incredibly special to me because Ene Lushvid Otowo is not just a client, she is my dear friend. I’ve watched and shared in so much of this beautiful journey with her, from the excitement of finding out she was pregnant, to the excitement knowing it was a baby boy, and now finally getting to witness and capture this beautiful season.

This little boy is such a beautiful answer to prayer, and my heart is so full seeing my people welcome their new bundle of joy. 🥹❤️

I’m truly grateful that I got to be part of this journey and have the honour of documenting these memories for them.

May God continue to bless this beautiful family, keep them, and fill their home with even more love, joy and laughter. 🙏🏽❤️

You don’t need a mannequin head or a fancy setup to get your wig flat at the front. A carton, a hot comb and a wax stick can get you started.

I wanted this to be super beginner-friendly, especially for anyone who loves wearing wigs but has no idea where to start with styling them.

Save this for the next time your wig starts acting up, and send this to your friend whose wig needs this lesson. 😂

And yes… if I catch you outside with a puffy wig after this class, we’re going to have a problem. 😂😂

So… I finally went LIVE! 💃🏻💃🏻

I had been thinking about doing this for a while, and I was honestly nervous. But I finally said, let me just do it!

Let’s just say… I was learning as I went! 😂 From trying to figure out what some of the LIVE features were to just getting comfortable talking and working at the same time, it was definitely an experience.

So yes… I’m doing it again! 😂

I’m going to start bringing you along while I work on wigs, share tips, answer questions and just let you hang out with me while I create.

Your favourite wig may not need a new frontal or closure after all. ❤️

Over time, wigs can start thinning around the parting or frontal and eventually develop bald spots.

Depending on the condition of the lace, re-ventilation can sometimes bring those areas back to life by adding the hair back into the lace.

This particular wig was a little more challenging because the frontal was blonde with dark roots, so I had to recreate the dark-root colour on the hair before ventilating it back in.

This is honestly one of my favourite parts of wig revamping — figuring out the problem and finding a way to restore a wig my client already loves.
