Yes, massage therapists get aches and pains too!
The difference for me is knowing how to manage them through movement, exercise, rehabilitation, and regular massage.
With over 20 years of experience in fitness, bodybuilding, martial arts, and tactical training, I've learned that feeling better is only part of the process.
Massage can help relieve pain and improve movement, but what you consistently do with your body matters just as much.
My goal isn't just to help you feel better on the table. It's to help you understand how to keep moving and functioning better outside the treatment room.
And yes, we can always talk fitness, movement, recovery, or even philosophy during your massage. π

Today's conditioning workout.
10 Spider-Man push-ups
10 plate halos
2 muscle ups
10 kettlebell chops
10 weighted squats
(10 rounds)
10mins suitcase walks
10mins running
Right now I'm planning a posting schedule for all my topics. I'm gonna go through setting up a fitness plan for beginners.
You don't have to start here doing my workouts. I never did. I started with a goal, a long time ago, to bench press 100lbs on a Walmart purchased bench starting with pushing 50lbs. Reps after reps at a time.
I want to walk through the process in future post.

I'm going to start talking about a few more things on this page besides massage.
One of those things is meditation.
What's interesting is that I actually first learned meditation through SEALFIT, a training program founded by former Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine.
You wouldn't necessarily expect to learn meditation in an environment surrounded by elite athletes and military professionals, but that's exactly where I was introduced to it.
And one of the biggest things I took away was that meditation isn't just about relaxing.
It's also about training your mind.
Learning to manage stress, improve concentration, develop mental discipline, and become more aware of your thoughts.
It's something that played a pretty big role in my life before, and I'm getting back into it again.
A client recently asked me to share more about meditation, so I figured why not bring some of those conversations here too?
Massage will always be a big part of this page, but there's a lot more to health, recovery, and performance than just working on muscles.
Have you ever tried meditation? Or is it something you've been curious about?

Reviews like this really make my day! π
One thing I've always wanted was to create a space where people can come in, forget about everything for a little while, and just relax.
From the atmosphere to the little details, and of course the massage itself, I want every client to have a great experience.
And yes, apparently my massive forearms deserve some credit too! ππͺ
Thank you, Samantha, for such an awesome review! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
If you've been looking for a massage therapist who can deliver firm, effective pressure while still making the experience relaxing, I'd love to help!

π NECK PAIN THAT KEEPS COMING BACK?
You rub it. You stretch it. It feels better for a little while⦠then the pain returns.
Sometimes, the problem involves more than just your neck. Your shoulders, upper back, surrounding muscles, and even your nervous system may be contributing to that discomfort.
Whether you're dealing with neck stiffness, tension headaches, shoulder tightness, or recurring aches, massage therapy may help you find relief.

The quality of my work will always matter more than the numbers on my social media.
I've seen how well massage videos perform online, and I've considered filming more of my treatments.
But here's the thing.
When I'm working with a client, my priority is their experience, not finding the perfect camera angle.
My approach emphasizes deep relaxation, consistent flow, and creating an environment where clients can fully settle into their treatment.
Stopping to adjust cameras or capture the perfect shot can interfere with that experience.
That's not to say other therapists shouldn't film. Everyone has their own approach, and that's perfectly fine.
It's simply not how I prefer to work.
So you'll continue seeing plenty of fitness, education, recovery discussions, and my personal philosophy on this page.
Because I believe being a great massage therapist involves more than what happens on the treatment table.
My clients come first. The content comes second.
