✨ A little update from Fizzy Fabulous Boutique ✨

I know I’ve been pretty quiet here for quite some time, so I thought it was finally time to pop in and let you know where I’ve been. 💕

I’ve been dealing with some ongoing back issues that unfortunately made it difficult for me to spend time creating all the fizzy things I love. When you’re dealing with pain and trying to get your body feeling better, sometimes other things just have to take a back seat for a while.

I’ve really missed creating my bath bombs and all the fun that comes along with Fizzy Fabulous Boutique. 🛁🫧 I’m happy to say that with lots of patience, physiotherapy and strengthening, my back has been improving, and I’m slowly starting to feel more like myself again.

I’m not quite ready to promise what’s coming next or when, but I’m looking forward to getting creative again when the time feels right. 💗

Thank you to everyone who’s still here. It truly means a lot. ☺️💞

A little lullaby, a warm blanket, and my sweet Molly snuggled up beside me. 🐾❤️

Sometimes it’s the simplest moments that fill our hearts the most.

Goodnight from Molly and me. Wishing everyone peaceful dreams and a restful night. 🌙✨💤

Beautiful morning walk with Molly! ☀️🐾💗 The sun was shining, there was a lovely little breeze, and it was just one of those gorgeous mornings that makes you want to stay outside. I think Molly enjoyed it too… look at that happy face! 🥰🐶😘💕💗

There really is something special about an early morning walk. ☀️🐕🐾💕 Beautiful weather, blue skies, my beautiful girl Molly by my side, and my favourite tunes playing. 🎶 My heart is full. 💕 Happy Sunday, everyone! 🤗💞

Happiness is… a sunny walk with my girl. 🐕🐾☀️❤️
Just look at that smile… and yes, I got a kiss too! 🥰💋

🇨🇦 Happy Canada Day! ❤️🤍

Wishing everyone a wonderful day filled with family, friends, laughter, and all the little moments that make summer so special. Whether you’re enjoying a barbecue, watching fireworks, spending time outdoors, or simply relaxing at home, I hope your day is filled with happiness. So grateful to call this beautiful country home. Happy Canada Day, everyone! 🍁🇨🇦❤️

Sunshine, blue skies, and kisses from my best girl. ☀️🐕💕 After so many grey days, this felt good for the soul. ☀️😘💕🤗💞💗

Our unexpected little houseguest this morning! 🐦💕

I was sitting at the computer working on paperwork from my physio and massage appointments when I heard a bird chirping. I remember thinking, “That bird sounds awfully close!” 😄

I looked over toward the front window, and there was this sweet little chickadee inside the house! It perched on my Christmas cactus, visited the light fixture, and even stopped on the blinds while it figured out how to get back outside.

I quietly removed the window screens, gave it plenty of space, and before long it found its way safely back into the trees. 🥰

Since today is my daughter Sarah’s birthday, I couldn’t help but smile and think of this little visitor as a tiny happy birthday messenger. 🤗💞

Happy Birthday, sweetheart. Wishing you a beautiful day filled with love, laughter, and little moments of joy. Love you always. 💖🎂

(Videos coming soon! Facebook won’t let me post the photos and videos together on my business page. 😊🐦)
