🍂 AUTUMN SKINCARE TIP | LOCK IN THE MOISTURE

As the seasons change, so should our skincare routines.

Cooler air, central heating and colder winds can all contribute to moisture loss, leaving our skin feeling dry, tight and looking a little dull.

One of my favourite autumn skincare tips? Introduce a little facial oil into your routine 🧡

Here’s why:

✨ Step 1 – Cleanse
Gently cleanse away the day without stripping your skin.

✨ Step 2 – Facial oil
Apply 2–3 drops of facial oil to your skin. Oils help support the skin barrier and reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL) – the process where water escapes from the skin.

✨ Step 3 – Moisturise
Follow with your usual moisturiser. This helps provide hydration and comfort while the oil helps reduce moisture escaping.

Think of it as giving your skin an extra protective layer as we head into the colder months 🤎
