k:SPA

Tomorrow k:SPA turns 18.

Eighteen years ago I opened the doors for the very first time and everything that k:SPA is today has been built through the people who have walked through them since. Clients who trusted us. Team members who gave everything. A community that has supported us every single step of the way.

We are so grateful. And we would love to celebrate with you.

Join us tomorrow morning for our birthday coffee morning. Drop in anytime between 10:30am and 12:30pm for coffee, croissants and a chance to be part of something we think is worth celebrating.

No booking needed. Just come.

See you tomorrow.

We will never get tired of reading reviews like this.

" So so happy with the service! Louise was very careful, welcoming and friendly. Made the experience of waxing not so stressful and helped me relax." - Kimeliia

We couldn't agree more with Kimeliia. We are so lucky to have her.

If you haven't experienced one of Louise’s treatments yet, this is your sign.

As October draws to a close, we want to leave you with one final thought about the Pelvic Floor Chair 🤍

If menopause has been affecting your pelvic floor and for so many women it does, please don't let November arrive without taking that first step.

The clients who tell us they wish they'd started sooner aren't the ones who rushed in. They're the ones who waited. Who kept managing. Who told themselves it wasn't quite bad enough yet.

Later has a habit of becoming never.

A course of 10 sessions is where the real results happen and here's why we recommend it above everything else. The pelvic floor responds to consistent, progressive work. Ten sessions give your body the time and repetition it needs to genuinely rebuild strength, improve control and make changes that last. Six sessions is a great start but ten is where we consistently see the most significant, lasting results.

Course of 10 sessions - £750 (£75 per session)
Course of 6 sessions - £480 (£80 per session)
Single session - £100

Every remaining session from a completed course never expires. There is genuinely no downside to starting 🤍

Every course begins with a full private consultation with Kelly, no pressure, no commitment.

We get asked fairly often, what's the difference between booking with a graduate therapist and booking with a more senior member of the team?

Here's our honest answer.

Experience. That's the difference. Not quality. Not care. Not the standard of your treatment. Experience.

Sophie and Issy are graduate therapists. They are also warm, skilled, talented and deeply committed to every client they see. They follow the same consultation process, the same aftercare, the same way of working that every k:SPA therapist follows because that's what the k:SPA standard means.

What you get when you book with them isn't a lesser version of a k:SPA experience. It's a k:SPA experience, delivered by someone earlier in their career, at a price point that reflects that.

Different level. Same standard. Always.

And if you're still not sure? Read what their clients say.

"Issy was so great! She made me feel so at ease and she's fantastic at what she does!" - Libby

"Sophie was superb, she explained everything up front, asked what pressure I liked and delivered exactly what I asked for. It felt like a luxury experience." - Wendy

We want to keep talking about menopause this October 🤍

Because the more we talk about it, the more women realise they don't have to just manage.

Here's what we hear from clients who've completed their Pelvic Floor Chair course after going through menopause:

"I'm not getting up in the night for a wee like I used to."
"I had a coughing fit and didn't leak. That wouldn't have been possible before."
"I've stopped wearing pads every day and it doesn't consume my thoughts anymore."
"I'm not constantly looking for the nearest toilet as soon as I go somewhere new."

These aren't dramatic changes. They're quiet, everyday freedoms that these women had stopped expecting to feel again.

Menopause affects your pelvic floor. But it doesn't have to affect your confidence, your comfort or your quality of life 🤍
