If you've ever seen this room before in QMC early pregnancy unit Nottingham, you've probably been through something similar.

Whilst you anxiously sit and wait for your blood results to come back.
Deep in your heart you know what's going on, you know why they put you in this room & you know your going to leave with the most gut wrenching news.
But you sit & wait - patiently, whilst silently sobbing.

Three times we have visited this room to be told our babies have gone.
No explanation - no further tests
It's just gone.
Go home, rest and wait for it to fall out into the toilet...and if it doesn't give us a call, they say.

It's Baby-loss awareness week, but really it's a lifetime of pain for many people who go through this, not just the week of October.

I'm sending the most amount of love to those who have seen this room, or a room like it, had to deliver their baby with no heartbeat, or lost a baby shortly after birth.

A service to feel safe and taken care of.

Knotty hair comes in all different shapes, sizes and reasons.
Some reasons may include -

Being in hospital and can't manage it
Having mental health and not being able to do it
Having unruly hair and can't tame it.

Whatever the reason, I have your back 🧡

Over the years, I've had clients who have approached me because of their knotted hair and feeling awful about it.

When it comes to sensitive things like this, I get it. A busy salon environment is not what you want, especially when you feel some kind of way about it.

That's why I decided to create a service specific to hair knotting 🌿

It's a 3 hour private appointment and a safe space to be comfortable knowing I'm not judging you.

Mirrorless and quiet appointments are also available upon request with this service.
