Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and appointments being repeatedly rescheduled online, we are introducing a deposit scheme.

A 25% deposit will now be required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from your final bill.

Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We completely understand that sometimes plans change, but late alterations leave us with appointment spaces that are very difficult to fill.
