Well what can I say about this beautiful before and after picture, Emma is not only a long standing customer but also a good friend.
For a good few years now, Emma has been coming in to see me for the occasional tweakments.
Starting with Wrinkle reduction treatments, then slowly building up her confidence to have filler, and just look at these amazing cheeks she has now.
What is extremely funny, is that Emma is a fantastic pole dancer, and she recently had a photo shoot upside down, and while she was upside down, she was asked why her frown and brows were staying in position ,she replied, its magic 🪄
But now the secret is out 😍

This lovely lady has been having lip filler far too many times, causing the filler to migrate, giving the duck vibe.
So at the consultation I suggested that we dissolve out all of the current filler, and start a fresh, and that's exactly what we did, the results were definitely worth the wait.
The below pictures show how they looked when they were overfilled, how they looked after being dissolved, and how they currently look now.

Two syringes (2ml)of Dermal filler has created a lovely transformation on this client.
I split one ml between each cheek, and used the second ml in the chin.
Pulling the chin down with filler has softened the jowl area.
It's like having a mini face lift, but cost just £300.

These lips weren't enhanced in a single appointment and that was intentional.
My Client wanted to take a gradual approach, so we used between one and sometimes half of a syringe at a time over four separate sessions, allowing us to slowly build volume while maintaining a natural look throughout the

The chin is key
to the overall
harmony of the face!
It often is neglected by many aesthetic injectors.
Pay close attention to this area, more often than not, your patients will benefit from some chin filler.
By adding a 1ml syringe of chin filler I was able to balance out the face and enhance the shape and symmetry.
PROFILE BALANCING evalutes the proportionality of three key areas which are nose, lips and the chin. Chin filler helps align these features for a more balanced out face.

Most people don't talk about this part because it's not pretty to look at. Bruising tells me my client has a good blood flow, that it will heal well and the filler will integrate properly.
If you don't want any bruising, then maybe filler isn't for you.
Lots of clients don't have any bruising at all, but I can never guarantee which clients will or will not bruise, so please take this into consideration when having needles pushed into your skin 😍

Now versus 7 years ago.
This beautiful client has been visiting me regularly for small tweaks over the past seven years. I've been working on her symmetry, balancing out her cheeks, chin and lips, and soon I'm going to create a more defined Jawline.

Since April this year, this lovely client has had 6ml of Dermal filler, and both myself and my customer are over the moon with the results. I honestly believe it's knocked over 10 years off her.
I've added filler to her lips, above the lip lines, also known as smokers lines, smile lines, marionette lines, chin, prejowl and frown lines.

Treating smoker's lines with dermal fillers requires thin hyaluronic acid formulations like, Restylane Kysse, Revolax fine or RHA 2. These soft gels smooth fine vertical lip lines without adding unwanted bulk or causing a puffed look, and results typically last around 12 months, often longer.
Here I only used a 1ml filler syringe, which was enough to add a bit of filler to the smokers lines and plump up the lips creating a more natural Cupids bow.
