Halo Hair Design & DeadPaul Barbers — Appointment Confirmation & Policies

To confirm your appointment, please reply ‘Y’ to the salon text message you receive two days before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must call the salon directly, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes via this messaging service.

By replying ‘Y’, you confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions:
• You will arrive on time for your appointment.
• You understand that 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• If you reply ‘Y’ but fail to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee at our discretion.

If you do not reply with ‘Y’, we may cancel your appointment and offer the slot to another client, as this indicates you are not confirming attendance.

We truly appreciate all our clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, as a small family business, missed appointments or late cancellations result in lost income and prevent others from booking in — which could include you next time.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
