And believe me when i say that no professional that respect their clients , can have a good night sleep when they receive messages like: hey, my nails start to chip, lift, after 1 week or 2 weeks. Or it didn t last until the next appointment

I was in this situation, it s so frustrating, because the first thing that makes a client come back it s a manicure that last.

But i spent a time to understand the changes that came with the products, because they are so many and the formula change so much early( the TPO forbiden, what a mess)) .had to adjust the lamp, the technique, the products .

Story short: this is my client for a year now. I did a complete removal because of a medical reason*,a surgery.

I did a complete removal,needed in this case. She had no pain at all, was done with an electric file,always asking about her confort.
