The October Blend of the Month is here!

"Autumn Hearth" is comfort for the cold season. Clove wraps you in spicy warmth, sweet orange lifts the spirits as the days grow darker, and rosemary brings a clarifying note traditionally used to help open the breath during flu season. Warming, uplifting, and clearing.

A MESSAGE FROM THE NEW OWNER:

Dear YBN family,

I'm honored to be trusted with something Rose built with so much care. My first priority is simple: keep everything you love about Your Body Needs exactly as it is, so let me reassure you:

**Your Therapists and Estheticians Are Staying**
Every member of our team is staying on. Chris, Liz, Bridget, Pierre, Lin, Morgan, Alex, Lexington, and Daniel will be here to care for you just as they always have. Your favorite provider, your usual appointment time, and the way they know your needs are not changing.

**Our Products Aren't Going Anywhere**
Our hand-blended oils, facial cleansers, toners, face oils, muscle therapy cream, synergy blends, and essential oils will continue to be made in-house using the same formulas and ingredients. You'll still find them in our treatment rooms, at the front desk, and online at www.yourbodyneeds.com.

**Everything You've Purchased Will Be Honored**
All gift cards, prepaid packages, and memberships have been transferred and will be honored in full, with no expiration changes and nothing you need to do. Your balances and remaining sessions are already on file.
Booking works exactly the same way: online, by phone at 443-214-5166, or at the front desk.

I look forward to meeting you on your next visit. If you have any questions at all, please reach me directly at [email protected].

Warmly,
Daniela

Dear YBN clients, I have some exciting and personal news to share. After nearly two decades of building Your Body Needs, I have decided to pass the reins to a new owner.

When I started YBN, I never imagined what it would become. I worked incredibly hard to build a business with its own identity, philosophy and special community, and I am exceptionally proud to reach this point.

But YBN's story has never been mine alone. You trusted us with your care, referred friends and family, supported our products and kept choosing YBN. Your loyalty made this business what it is today and allowed me to reach this wonderful milestone.

After nearly 20 years, the time felt right for me to enjoy the fruits of that hard work, and for YBN to benefit from fresh eyes, new energy and genuine excitement about its future.

And that brings me to Daniela.

Daniela has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013 and has taught massage at CCBC. She is trained in oncology massage, trauma touch therapy and hospice massage. Her work as a college sustainability coordinator connects beautifully with YBN's commitment to natural products. With an MBA as well, she brings both hands-on experience and a strong business background.

What gave me confidence in Daniela is that she appreciates YBN for what it already is. Her first priority is to learn - our team, clients, protocols, products and all the little things that make Your Body Needs, Your Body Needs.

The YBN you know and love continues - our wonderful team, services, products and commitment to individualized care. Daniela is excited to get to know you and, in time, bring her own energy and ideas to YBN's next chapter.

And don't worry, you haven't gotten rid of me yet! I will be around during the transition, working alongside Daniela to make the handover as smooth and thoughtful as possible.

I hope you will give Daniela the same warmth you have given me. I truly believe our clients, our staff and this very special business are in good hands.

I am excited for Daniela, for the future of YBN, and for my own next chapter. Thank you for the extraordinary privilege of serving this community all these years.

With love and gratitude,
Rose
