From Front Desk Associate to General Manager, Emily’s journey with The Lash Lounge is one to celebrate! 💕

Emily started with us at just 18 years old, and now, 5.5 years later, she helps lead our Bellevue, Bothell, and Redmond salons!

Along the way, she’s helped strengthen our management systems, build amazing teams, and master everything from salon operations to creating an exceptional guest experience. Most importantly, she’s built meaningful relationships with our team members and longtime guests that have made her journey so special. 🫶

Her time at The Lash Lounge has helped shape her both personally and professionally, inspiring her passion for operations and business development as she continues to grow in her career.

We are so proud of how far Emily has come and are grateful to have her as such an important part of our Lash Lounge family! 💖

Meet Emily, our general manager for the Bellevue, Bothell and Redmond salons!

She started at The Lash Lounge at 18 as a receptionist. Now, 5.5 years later, she’s leading THREE salons! 💜

Along the way, she’s helped reshape management systems, build stronger teams and learn the ins and outs of everything from salon operations to creating a great guest experience.

From current team members to long-time guests, she’s built relationships that have made her time at The Lash Lounge so memorable. There are a few guests and familiar faces she always gets excited to see, like Margaret and Melissa. 🥹

When asked how her time at The Lash Lounge has impacted her, Emily says, “I have also learned a lot about myself and the career I want to pursue moving forward. Operations and business development is what I want to continue doing in my future.”
