Lately, I’ve been realizing that confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have. Sometimes it comes and goes. Some days I feel strong, capable, and proud of who I am. Other days, I question myself, overthink everything, and wonder if I’m really enough.

Not feeling confident can be exhausting. You can look completely fine on the outside while quietly battling doubts on the inside. You compare yourself to other people, you focus on everything you think you’re doing wrong, and you forget to give yourself credit for how far you’ve already come.

I’m learning that I don’t have to have everything figured out to believe in myself. I don’t have to be the most confident person in the room. I don’t have to compare my journey to someone else’s. And I definitely don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of love, respect, and happiness.

Some days, confidence might simply mean getting out of bed and trying again. It might mean speaking up even when your voice shakes. It might mean looking at yourself in the mirror and choosing to be kind to the person looking back at you.

So if you’re struggling with confidence too, I hope you know you’re not alone. You are allowed to have insecure days. You are allowed to question yourself. Just don’t let those temporary feelings convince you that they define your worth.

I’m still learning to believe in myself, to stop being so hard on myself, and to remember that growth doesn’t always look like becoming fearless. Sometimes it simply looks like continuing forward even when you’re afraid.

Maybe confidence isn’t about never doubting yourself. Maybe it’s about learning not to let the doubt make your decisions for you. ❤️
