Stress management categories are some of the most competitive on the platform, so holding this ranking over time with a 4.7 overall rating from 153 reviews is something I could not have done without your early support.

Over the past year I’ve also been quietly building something new. I’m working toward my Master Level certification with the International Coaching Federation, 1,000 hours of coaching toward the highest credential ICF offers. It’s been one of the most meaningful things I’ve done professionally, and it’s where my heart is right now.

The Revive and Thrive series was my targetted research and brain dump — everything that helped me rebuild my life, heal, and move out of survival mode. Writing it was part of my own integration. Now I want to breathe new life into it in a different way, by helping others integrate the information in real time, not just read it.

So here’s how I’d love to pay it forward.

I’m opening a founding cohort of the Self-Care Book Club this November, a 3-week group coaching experience built around this book. Ten women, weekly on Zoom, starting November 7th. Part book club, part coaching. 90 min per session that’s entirely yours, before the holidays begin. My gift to you!
