Happy November 1st 🧡 It’s my Birthday Month! 🧡 The start of the month I like to tell you things about me just to get to know each other!

🧡 I will be 44 😳 on the 23rd
🧡 Someone needs to remind my husband to get my birthday cake and that he needs to start my green 🪴 House 🏠
🧡 I have a new puppy and he has given me so much happiness back 🥹
🧡 I hate a smelly house. It’s a HUGE pet peeve for me.. like hate.
🧡 I love steak.
🧡 Apple cinnamon candles are my love language. Just smells like Christmas 🎄
🧡 Speaking of I LOVE Santa. Like love him.
🧡 I love me with bangs but hate bangs.
🧡 I officially have three ADULT children
🧡 Don’t tell me you’ll tell me later, bc I will throw up. Just tell me now or shut up.
🧡 I love my husband, like actually..
🧡 I love Jesus.
🧡 My face is starting to age and it’s weird… and I now get why people have work done.
🧡 My dream job is retirement with endless funds 😂

18. 🖤🥹

Sharing a random picture that I don’t think I’ve ever posted, but today it feels a little more meaningful.

This was Lillian’s very first bus trip. 😂

First picture: SOOOO excited and ready to get on that bus!

Second picture: About two minutes later, when the bus started moving and she realized she was on that bus… and I wasn’t. 😂😭

I laughed looking back at these pictures, but then it hit me just how perfectly they represent the season of life we’re stepping into.

Happy 18th birthday to my girl. 🩷

For 18 years, I’ve been right there beside you. Helping you navigate the world, holding your hand when things got scary, cheering you on, and doing my best to make sure you always knew you were safe and loved.

And now, sweet girl, you’re getting ready to climb onto a much bigger bus. One that’s going to take you places I’ve never been, introduce you to people I’ve never met, and lead you down roads you’ll have to learn to navigate on your own.

And as much as this mama wishes she could climb right on there beside you, I know that’s not how this next chapter is supposed to go.

Because I didn’t raise you to need me on every bus. I raised you to be brave enough to get on, even when I’m not there. 🥹

You’re going to move mountains, baby girl. You’re going to have incredible adventures, make mistakes, learn lessons, laugh until you cry, and probably have a few moments when you wish you could just turn that bus around and come home.

And that’s okay. Because no matter how far you go, how old you get, or where life takes you, I will always be right here. Ready to welcome you home, answer your calls, listen to every little detail, and remind you just how capable you are.

The world is big, my girl, but our God is bigger. Never forget that. Keep Him first, trust Him with the road ahead, and remember that even when you can’t see where you’re going, He already knows the way.

I may not be on every bus with you anymore, but I promise I’ll always be one of the loudest people cheering you on as you pull away.

I love you more than you’ll ever understand.
