I want to take a moment to address something regarding the gel products I’ve been using recently.

As many of you know, I’m always looking for ways to provide the best service and products possible, which is why I recently made the switch to a leading salon brand. Unfortunately, despite the reputation of the brand, a small number of clients have experienced lifting, peeling, or premature wear at the tips.

While this has only affected a handful of clients, one client experiencing an issue is one too many for me. I take a lot of pride in the quality of my work and the longevity of your nails, and I never want anyone to feel that anything less than my best is being delivered.

I’ve spent time researching the issue, looking into the concerns surrounding the product line, and determining the best course of action. In the process, I have learned that many techs have been experiencing similar issues. It turns out (the company has stated) that they have changed their formula. After careful consideration, I’ve decided to return to the gel system I used for years with consistently excellent results and the long-lasting wear my clients have come to know and expect.

Please know that I take these concerns seriously, and I’ve taken the necessary steps to address the issue moving forward. Your trust in me and the quality of my work mean everything, and I will never compromise on that.
