Meet Dalton! Dalton works out of our Draper studio. Read what he has to say about working at Stretch Zone. As a personal trainer, I've always had a passion for fitness and people. Stretch Zone allowed me to help people find the version of themselves they couldn't get back on their own and I continue to find the work extremely rewarding! I believe I am genuine and down-to-earth as a person but relentless in the pursuit of creating positive change in those around me so I'd love to help you too!

Meet Marcus, our Regional Practitioner-

Hey, I’m Marcus! I bring 17½ years in fitness, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, and strength training, with anatomy and physiology studies woven throughout. With over 2,500 stretches performed, my specialties include cranial, shoulder, low-back, and foot concerns, plus helping athletes improve performance. I love helping people move better and feel more comfortable doing what they enjoy.
Outside the studio, I’m all about nature, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and a good conversation. Fun fact: I’ve read or listened to over 800 books as an adult—so we’ll probably have plenty to talk about while we work on those tight muscles!
