Bringing a little California style to the Midwest, Alisa has officially hit ONE YEAR at Beck The Collective! 🥂

From men’s cutting and precision cuts to beautiful color and extensions, this girl has some serious talent behind the chair. And with her IBE® certification coming soon, she’s only continuing to grow and add to her skill set!

But beyond her talent, Alisa is one of those people who just gets it. She’s always willing to jump in, help wherever needed, and take care of the little things that make a big difference around here. And on a personal note, the amount this girl cleans and organizes around the salon genuinely keeps me sane. 😂🫶🏼

She’s got that effortlessly cool vibe, an incredible work ethic, and a genuine passion for what she does. It’s been so fun watching her grow over this past year, and I’m excited to see what’s next for her!

And she didn’t just spend this year growing her clientele — she invested in herself, continued her education, and officially became IBE CERTIFIED! 👏🏼 Because we love a girl who’s always leveling up!

Watching JayLyn grow as a stylist, find her groove, and continue to build her career has been such a fun part of this first year at Beck.

ONE YEAR OF DANIELLE! 🥂🖤

Happy Beck-iversary to our blonding queen, resident model, and the girl who comes with her own personal bakery courtesy of Grandma. 😂

For the past year, Danielle has been serving up beautiful blondes, giving us a face for literally every salon photo opportunity, and making sure none of us are going hungry. (Grandma, if you’re reading this, please never stop.)

She’s talented, she’s gorgeous, and frankly, it’s a little annoying how photogenic she is. 🙄😘 Oh, and did we mention the travel bug? If she’s not behind the chair making blondes beautiful, there’s a good chance she’s planning her next getaway or already on a plane somewhere. ✈️🌎

We’ve loved watching her grow behind the chair, build her clientele, and find her place in our little collective.

One year down, and at this point, we’re keeping her. Mostly for the blondes, partially for the baked goods 😂 But mainly because Beck just wouldn’t be the same without her.

So we’re officially declaring October our birthday month. And honestly, we might just roll the celebration straight into the holiday season. ✨
