Pronounced like “sah-win” (or sow-in), Samhain is part of our limited Halloween lip balm collection 👻

This was inspired by the night of Samhain, drinking spiced w**e, surrounded by seed stalks and decaying foliage.

One of the natural extracts that I (Lisa 👋🏼 your Wunder Budder maker) created this with is an essential oil made from distilling w**e lees (the leftover bits after making w**e)!

No Tricks, Just Treats 🎃

This lip balm was inspired by that nostalgic aroma of a full bag of candy at the end of Halloween night trick-or-treating adventures. Not one particular candy, the whole bag mixed up!

Is it chocolaty? Minty like gum? Coconutty like some candies? Maybe even a little licorice?

YES. It’s all of it, like a bag of mixed candy from when we were kids, created from scratch with essential oils and natural extracts, in our beeswax and botanical lip balm.

Full Moon 🌕

What does a full moon feel like? What does it smell like? In spooky season, to me (Lisa 👋🏼 your Wunder Budder creator) it smells crisp and fresh, and in this case, like mint!

Full Moon is a blend of peppermint and spearmint (with a hint of vanilla)

Black Rose 🥀

Black Rose is a mystical blend of rose, cocoa, black pepper, and black cumin 🖤 like all of our lip balm, this scent was created from scratch using essential oils and natural extracts

This is my (Lisa 👋🏼, the person who created and makes your Wunder Budder) all-time favorite lip balm! I love to tell you the stories of how different Wunder Budders were originally created, but I can’t remember this origin story!

Our Halloween lip balms debuted in 2013 (minus Samhain, that came a year later)! I *think* it was partially inspired by our (limited one year) rose chai body balm, but “make it goth”.

This is not a scent for everyone! It’s definitely unique, and those who love it, LOOOOOVE IT.

This year, I added a little too much rose by accident, and I think it was a happy accident! Let me know what you think after you try it 🥀

Portable Plants 🌱
(sort of!)

Wunder Budder aromatherapy blends - “balm for the mind” - in handy little sniffer tubes. Just uncap, hold under your nose, and breathe deep ✨

Each “inhaler” is about the size of a lip balm tube, and inside each tube is a little fabric filter, soaked in our essential oil blends. It’s super easy to carry around these blends and pull them out to take a deep breath whenever needed. No spilling!

Our aromatherapy sniffers last 3+ months with average use and kept closed when not in use.

Did you know - we take back used aromatherapy tubes to recycle with Terracycle, AND, we can now refill these in person if you bring them into our brick & mortar shop Alchemy & Herbs in Exeter, NH? Or, you can purchase a bottle of our liquid essential oil blends and refill at home with a tiny pipette (we’ll send you one by request when you purchase a bottle of our liquid essential oil blends!)

If you’ve ever wondered why your Wunder Budder is sometimes a different color than your other Wunder Budder, it’s because of the calendula!

Even though we’ve been making Original Wunder Budder *exactly* the same for over a decade, each batch looks slightly different due to the natural differences in the calendula flowers we use to make the calendula oil infusion.

This batch was made with super bright orange calendula flowers! So the end color is a more vibrant yellow-orange than the last batch we made (with dark yellow calendula flowers).

Each batch is just as *wunderful* as the last, regardless of the color!

Hair & Scalp Oil ✨

We infused jojoba with mineral-rich herbs and stimulating essential oils to create an oil to support a healthy scalp and hair. Nourish your scalp and hair with regular scalp massage.

There are two ways that we suggest using this oil, and both start by massaging the oil directly into your scalp. Use a small amount at a time and the tip of your fingers to move hair and reach your scalp. Add more as needed. Massage well, then comb or brush through hair.

✨ Overnight Method: apply at night. Cover hair with a bonnet, and/or cover pillowcase with a towel to protect the fabric (remember, it’s oil! it will create oil stains). Sleep as usual, and wash out in the morning and style as usual.

✨ Pre-shower Method: apply before washing hair, and let sit for at least 30 min. Wash out and style as usual.

Made with organic: jojoba, rosemary, horsetail, nettle, rosemary essential oil, lavender essential oil, peppermint essential oil.
