I created this color using only lowlights and a toner! She was over the high maintenance blonde, so I did a full head of lowlights and then toned at the shampoo bowl.

I utilize UV adhesive to give my clients the best retention possible. Because UV adhesive is cured right away with the light, there's no 48 hour waiting period to get them wet. The light kick starts the polymerization process which means no waiting, no fumes, and longer retention!
