And just like that, the 2026 wedding season is wrapped here at FFC! 🥳🤍

This was my first full wedding season back! I had a couple of fantastic weddings in 2025, but my relaunch came too late for a full season. I’m so grateful for those brides and every one of my 2026 brides, too.

Being part of your wedding day means so much to me. The trust couples place in their vendors is something I never take lightly, and it’s an honor to play a part in such a significant day.

This season brought challenges outside of the weddings themselves. I’m open about living with multiple chronic illnesses and disabilities, and although my health was stable going in, I hit insurance roadblocks. After years on a monthly injection that worked well for me, my coverage was suddenly denied. The medication I switched to didn’t work, and I slowly declined from May through the summer while fighting to get my original medication covered again.

The good news? It finally was! I had my first dose back last month and am just starting to feel the difference. Of course, it would happen right in the middle of wedding season. 😅

But I showed up, and I crushed it regardless.

Alongside this business, I’ve been balancing graduate classes, my full-time job, and life with a disability. Looking back, I’m so incredibly proud of what I’ve accomplished and more certain than ever that this is where I’m meant to be. My passion for this craft kept me going, even on hard days.

Every bride who couldn’t stop smiling at her reflection. Every bridesmaid I got to connect with. Every mother who let me pamper her. Even a groom or two who let me remind them that it’s their day, too. You reminded me why I do this.

I’m grateful for fellow vendors, friends, and family who helped make this season a success. Special shoutout to Heather, Michelle, and Emily, who joined me for several wedding days and helped everything run more smoothly. And to everyone who referred me, shared my work, or supported my business: thank you. It means so much. 🤍

To my 2026 couples, thank you for letting me be part of such a big moment in your lives. I wish you a lifetime of happiness as you begin this next chapter together. 🥂🤍
