First of all, let’s address the obvious. That beard?! The kind of beard most men would sell their left nut to be able to grow. 😂

But as impressive as that beard is, the man behind it is even better.

Over the years, he’s gone from being a client to someone I’m lucky enough to call a friend. He’s helped me put together Blade & Fade not once, not twice, but THREE damn times! And every single time, he’s shown up, supported me, and helped bring my vision to life.

Hands down one of the best handymen I know, and an even better human being.

He’s the definition of a good man. Hardworking, dependable, supportive, and just an all-around badass.

So yeah, I get to maintain that glorious beard and keep his haircut looking sharp. But the real privilege is knowing the man sitting in my chair.

This man is ALWAYS looking to keep things spicy. 🔥 Because let’s be real… traditional is BORING! 💅

So naturally, we decided to turn up the heat a few more notches!

Shaved those sides right down to the skin to really throw that mohawk in your face, then added the PERFECT shade of copper. And I’m telling you, if you didn’t know him before, you’d swear he was born with it!

And OF COURSE this fabulous man is pulling it off like the damn haircut was made specifically for him. 😏🔥

15 YEARS. That’s how long this guy has been trusting me with his hair. At this point, I think we’re both just committed to the arrangement. 😂

He’s always been the quiet, reserved type. Not a man of many words, but genuinely one of the good ones.

Fresh fade, textured top, and a little beard maintenance to keep things looking sharp. Nothing over the top, just clean, classic, and a little rugged. 🔥

15 years of haircuts, and somehow he still lets me near his head with sharp objects. I’d say that’s a pretty solid relationship. ✂️😂

The mullet is hanging on by a thread, and quite frankly, I’m rooting for the little bastard. 😂

Tight around the ears, cleaned up the back, and kept plenty of those wild curls because we’re not trying to look like we have our entire life together. 😏

Tamed the beard just enough to make him socially acceptable.

Clean cut. Feral energy. Questionable decisions. 🤘🔥

Oh, and I’m marrying this man. So clearly, questionable decisions are kind of our thing. 💀😂

Fresh cut, beard cleaned up and, as always, at least 75% of the conversation was probably inappropriate. 😂

When he’s not sitting in my chair making me laugh, he’s out there being Arizona’s #1 Realtor. No big deal.

He’s also one of my full-service guys — hair, beard, waxing… we do it all around here. Maybe next time I’ll actually document the waxing. 😉😂

Kept the length and texture up top, faded everything down tight and cleaned up the beard without taking away the fullness.

I’m a big believer that your haircut should still look like you when you leave my chair—not like I slapped the same cut on another head. 😂

Custom cuts > copy + paste. Every damn time. ✂️

This man needs to be studied and eventually added to the history books.

Can play the drums with a broken foot.
Can professionally kick your ass. Probably unprofessionally too.
Amazing husband. Amazing dad.

And he’s selective as hell about who gets his energy—which honestly makes making the cut feel like an accomplishment. 😂

But once you’re in? Prepare yourself, because this quiet, intimidating-looking man is fu***ng hilarious.

An absolute legend of a human.

Oh—and occasionally I cut his hair and tame that glorious beard.

Some clients come with very specific instructions. This one basically just shows up and trusts me. 😂

Professional world traveler, full of random knowledge I probably didn’t know I needed, and owner of one of the best laughs you’ll ever hear.
