DRIP Infrared

Imagine where you could be a year from today if you stopped waiting for the "perfect time" to start.

Your future is looking pretty good. 😘

If you absolutely dread your wellness routine, maybe it's time to try something different. DRIP is a great place to start. ❤️‍🔥

Good news for our younger Pilates lovers! ❤️‍🔥

DRIP Reformer classes are now open to ages 16 and up!

Whether you're an athlete looking to build strength and stability, a teen interested in trying something new, or a parent wanting to bring your teenager along, we'd love to welcome you to the studio.

Our instructors guide you through each movement and offer modifications so you can work at your own level.

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian signed minor waiver before participating.
This same policy applies to DRIP Infrared Saunas.

Little hinges swing BIG doors. 💧

Your Sunday morning plans just got better. 💧

Join Mari every Sunday at 8 AM for Reform & Renew, a slower-paced Reformer class focused on stretching, releasing tension, and moving with intention.

A Sunday morning routine you'll actually look forward to. ❤️‍🔥

Okay, DRIP, I’m officially HOOKED! 🥹🔥🧊 I had the BEST experience at @drip_infrared in Granger! From reformer Pilates (I was SHAKING 😂) to the Body Roll, infrared sauna, and finishing with a cold plunge… WOW! My body has never felt better! Such a cool spot to focus on wellness, recovery, and a little self-care! Huge thank you to DRIP and Jayme for such an amazing experience! 🫶🏻 Already planning my next visit… wellness date night with my husband! 🤍 #KeepingUpInSouthBend #GrangerIndiana #Michiana #Wellness #SelfCare
