As a service provider, I know deposits are required to ensure we protect our time. However, I have been doing nails now for the past 15 years. I started in a time deposits weren't really a thing, and I've never really been a fan.

Times are tough and I understand a lot of us live on a week to week basis. I would hate to charge a deposit when wanting to book an appointment and unfortunately some of us won't have the money at that time.

Another reason, all of my clients are family. You guys have followed me through the basement days and now we're here. So I really appreciate you guys and not charging a deposit is a little gift from me to you.

Lastly, as if I already didn't have a million things to do, keeping track of deposits/returns would drive me crazy. So you don't ever have to worry about me switching to deposits.

However, again, just a friendly reminder. My cancelation and rescheduling policy has been enforced. $20 fee is applied on the day of the missed appointment or at your next service.

As always, thank you so much for all the love and support.

Finally someones in the spirit 🙌
👻🎃

Hello, my loves it is Thursday. I have only had a 3 day week, and so far, I have had 12 cancelations. Last week was even worse.
I hate to do this 😫 but Just a friendly reminder that my policy has been enforced. a $20 fee applies to any same-day cancellations or rescheduling changes.

You can send payment same day as your cancelation or it will be added on to your next appointment. This really hurts my soul you guys but just a business owner running a business.

Hope everyone understands, and as always I appreciate all the love and support ❤️ 🙏
