Mid-October in upstate New York is one of the most beautiful times of year — and also one of the most physically demanding. Raking leaves, hauling pumpkins, weekend hikes through the Helderbergs or up in the Adirondacks before the snow flies… your body takes on a lot this time of year. Our licensed massage therapists at NY Salt Den are here to help. Whether you're dealing with tight shoulders, lower back tension, or just the general fatigue that comes with the season's busy pace, a therapeutic massage is one of the most effective ways to recover and recharge. We offer a range of massage styles to suit your needs. Serving the Latham and greater Albany area, we make it easy to book online and get the relief you've been putting off. Schedule your appointment today at 654 Watervliet Shaker Rd.
