🙏 Congratulations Bill and thanks for all you do!

🏃 For decades, Bill Smith has helped keep Lancaster County running.

A longtime member of the Lancaster Road Runners Club, Smith has been a fixture in the local running community as both a competitor and a race organizer. Among his many running accomplishments, he is one of only three runners to have competed in every edition of the iconic Red Rose Run through its 40th anniversary in 2016, a testament to his passion and dedication to the sport.

In recognition of his service to Lancaster County athletics, Smith will receive the 2026 Kenneth G. Stoudt Volunteer Award at the Lancaster County Sports Hall of Fame Banquet on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the Eden Resort Inn.

Join us as we celebrate Bill Smith and an outstanding class of local sports legends.
