🎤📣📣A COUPLE OF IMPORTANT UPDATES!

Hey everyone! I have two little housekeeping updates to share.

1. If you’re sick or feel like you’re coming down with something, PLEASE reschedule your appointment! 🤧

I know life happens, and sometimes those germs sneak up on you out of nowhere. But if you’re feeling under the weather or starting to feel that little tickle in your throat, please do us both a favor, text me, and stay home.

I would much rather reschedule ONE appointment than catch whatever is going around and have to reschedule 15–20 appointments. Because as much as I love you all, I do NOT need us all sharing germs! 😂

Also, a massage while you’re sick may actually make you feel worse instead of better. So please rest, hydrate, and let your body recover. I’ll be happy to get you back on the schedule when you’re feeling better! ❤️

Your health matters, and so does mine! Let's keep the germs to ourselves.

2. Facebook Messenger is going away at the end of the month! 💬

Unfortunately, Messenger and I are no longer getting along. Some days it doesn't notify me of messages, and other days it decides I’m not allowed to reply to certain people. Apparently, it has a mind of its own! 🙄

To make things easier and keep all my communication in one place (and on one device, because I can only keep track of so much 🤪), I’ll be turning off Messenger messaging at the end of this month.

Going forward, PLEASE TEXT ME at 618-315-4371 for appointments, scheduling, and any questions!
**Actually, maybe text me now while you are thinking of it so you can have my number saved in your phone… 😉

Thank you all for being understanding, for respecting my time and health, and for supporting my small business. I appreciate every one of you more than you know!
