Having Lash Educator | Utah & Beyond ✈️ in my chair is always so fun because just look at her lashes! Today we opted for the lifted lash! I used Borboleta Pro’s lash lift coupled with their OG cashmere touch, skyline, and winged out lashes to create a lifted, lived in look. Ps those long lashes on her left eye are in fact natural and not extensions… incredible work by the borby lash serum!

Same map, different lashes!

We used an open eye/cat eye map on her. Here’s how each set changes the look:

Photo 1: Borboleta Pro OG Cashmere Touch .03 CC in lengths 7-12. These fan easily, have a jet black finish, and each strip has a foil backing that makes it easy to remove from your lash palette. Every lash in the fan is the same length, so the set reads dense, fluffy, and full.

LASH AND BROW-O-WEEN 2026

Over the weekend I had the incredible opportunity to compete as a brow artist in Borboleta Pro’s annual competition. Most of you know avant garde is out of my comfort zone but I welcomed the challenge with open arms!

Having our pop star inspiration as Taylor Swift made this that much more fun. Back in 2007 I saw Taylor in concert on her debut tour. I was also able to meet her and get her autograph.

For these brows, I chose to show 6 different eras. On the right, there is folklore. Brows are placed to resemble tree branches with the blue rhinestones for the cardigan buttons. Next section is evermore where I attempted to braid her natural brows. On the tail I shaped the brow hairs to look like a snake for her Reputation album. For the left brow we started with midnights, then to Life of a showgirl where we have iridescent rhinestones and extensions for her song opalite. Above that I made a mock feather head piece out of eyelash extensions. And on the tail of the left brow, I created a little loop to pay tribute to her autograph from her debut tour. You also see the numbers “0607” which is the month and year of the debut concert and it also equals 13, her lucky number!

♒️ THE WATER BEARER ♒️

Aquarius wasn’t just a color palette for me, it was the whole reason I fell for this theme. I’m an Aquarius myself, so in a way, this theme found me before I found it.

There’s this pull Aquarius has: it’s an air sign, but everyone pictures the water bearer pouring something invisible and infinite out into the world. That contradiction became my whole design. I didn’t want these lashes to cover anything. Instead, I wanted them to feel like they were pouring off the lash line into something bigger.

To bring that to life, I worked in sections, each one four layers— every lash placed to feel less like a shape and more like it was still floating and flowing.

This competition challenged me to think beyond technique and trust movement over precision. Keeping that layered structure exact while landing every colored lash exactly where it needed to sit pushed my process further than any set I’ve built before.
