I LOVE my clients and truly appreciate every single one of you who support my small business! 💕 But I also have to protect my time and my schedule.

Starting now, no-call/no-shows will not be tolerated. When you don’t show up for your appointment, that time could have been offered to another client who has been waiting for an opening. 🫶🏼

💗 If you no-call/no-show your appointment:
• A deposit (that goes towards your appointment) will be required to book your next appointment.
• Repeated no-shows may require payment in full before booking.
• Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up! Communication is key. Even a quick text letting me know you can’t make it is SO appreciated. 💕

To make sure you get the day and time that works best for you, I highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the salon. It’s the easiest way to stay on schedule and avoid missing out on your preferred spot.
