Two clients. Both came in with acne. I did NOT treat them the same.

One client had skin that looked much more inflamed and irritated. And as tempting as it might be to go after every bump… I left a lot of it alone.

The other client had congestion that was actually ready to be extracted, so we did selective extractions.

Because not every pimple is ready. And not every pimple is even an extraction.

Sometimes we need to calm the skin.
Sometimes we need to soften congestion first.
And sometimes the smartest thing I can do is **keep my hands off.**

I’m never going to traumatize somebody’s skin just because an extraction would look satisfying on camera.

That’s why I’m big on actually **reading the skin in front of me** instead of giving everybody the same facial.

Same concern. Different skin. Different strategy.
