Got Back Pain?
Read my article on Lower Back Pain Part 1 and 2 of 3, published by Brainz Magazine.
In this article "Holistic Therapy for Chronic Lower Back Pain: Does it work?" I explore why chronic back pain often persists despite conventional approaches. The article invites a deeper understanding of pain and opens the door to more integrated, long-term healing possibilities.

Sun’s out! Finally summer and heat at the beach!

California Beach Day #beach #summer #californialove #luckytolivehere #grateful #happy #water #sandals #relax

Fat cute bird! I’m sure it keep itself warm and nice!❤️ That’s how to do it!

I finally got what I wanted, SNOW! But in the form of hail! And the SUN peaked through!
A little nippy though; 29F and super windy. But, as we say in Sweden: There is no bad weather, only Bad clothing!
True! I stayed warm!!!🙌

The things we do for our 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 🐈kids…
I meant CATz…🤪
Could not have left the country for weeks without the enclosure I built. It takes up my whole freaking livingroom. Just so that my bullied baby Arwen could have peace without any other four legged baby terrorize her.
I wonder if would like to partner up with me after seeing my invention🤪😆😜. Maybe I should give him a call!!?
What does say? Does any of you remeber Arwen? She has a private cat hotel!
But honesty,
I want my livingroom back soon…..
That being said, I need to adopt a cat out soon.

Glad Midsommar!l And happy summer solstice- full moon-night from a magical Topanga. Shakespeare must’ve been right here when Puck popped out of his hat with a love spell. Oberon and Titania were lurking behind that tree and fairies were in the air. ..All while dancing our asses off to good vibe reggae music.

What a beautiful, peaceful, calming, loving, energizing night gifted by Earth. 🌎 Eternally grateful for all the gifts that have been given to me,
and, thank YOU for your good vibes.
💜🙏 Wednesday night

This always helps me to raise my vibe/rations, to breathe, to centre my mind, to focus, to have balance and control, and to let go…of unnecessary “stuff”.
Enjoy your day!
