CATCH ME INSIDE WITH A BOWL OF SANCOCHO!!!!!!! Oooh baby !!! From scratch ?!! YES THE CHUCK I WILL!! Hold the pork but add Turkey smoked sausage and Chicken Cheeks ! Used what I had in the fridge and pantry so we did a few substitutions… making it just right !! The best thing about soups and stews is that they are moldable just like we should be! As long as you have your key components.. every time you make a change you create a new outcome therefore a new and fresh look at the dish .. the more we can adapt , and understand that nothing besides concrete should be set in stone… learning to be more flexible is a skill set that should be embraced more . In my humble opinion of course!

Find your people ! Your tribe! Your cheerleaders! 📣 your Bright lights! Your glimmers ! ✨ MOVE IF YOU NEED TO! Stagnant water does not nurture life .. only movement does that… nothing grows in water that does not FLOW… stop allowing others to keep you in a box .. surround yourself with healers … givers and not takers 🙏🏼 allow our Creator the Opportunity to show you the light and send you light ✨through human contact .. 👑humans who carry the light that we need to prosper ! We cannot continue to grow if we stay in the same pond forever .. movement is healthy and necessary for growth. 🪴 DO NOT BE AFRAID FOR I AM WITH YOU 🙏🏼

I’m not the best at tech so … let’s go with another ! GO GO POWER WOMAN!!!!!! 🧜🏼‍♀️🌈🌞👑🥳✨🌹💥🔥❄️

Congratulations you leveled up !!! Your next opponent is NO ONE!! Because you are the WINNER! You won in this lifetime and next !! THANKYOU to my beautiful client who even tho she wasn’t feeling great .. she still made it into her appointment.. where my Cryo wand and my Hands were allowed to heal and transform her into the version she knew was inside her the whole time !!! Aging is tough .. aging as a woman is tougher !! Woman of a certain age?!! It’s BONKERS!! 🥹💥 Self Care is Self preservation!! Not Luxury!! Your face is your check engine light!! 🔥 pay attention to what it is telling you !
