If you found this…trust that 🌸🤍🌸🤍

You already know your attachment style. You’ve read the posts, named the patterns, maybe even explained them to a friend. And you still find yourself rereading his last text for the fourth time, or pulling away right when someone gets close.

Knowing the name for it and actually seeing it in your own life are two different things. This call is for the second one.

It’s a free, private 1:1 with me. We look at what keeps repeating in your love life and in your body, and by the end you’ll see the pattern more clearly than you probably have before! Single or taken, the spiral usually runs on the same wiring.

I’m opening 10 spots for November, and I keep these small on purpose so each one gets my full attention.

You can know your attachment patterns inside and out and still feel your chest tighten when he goes quiet. You notice the change in tone. You reread the messages. You ask if everything is okay, feel better for a little while, and then the worry returns.
Understanding your pattern doesn’t always change what happens in the moment.

In my free live Nervous System Workshop, we’ll explore why your body keeps scanning for signs that someone is leaving, how to recognize the difference between a spiral and a real signal, and the first practical move to try when the panic starts.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t what happened. It’s not knowing what it means. A change in tone, a delayed reply, or a little distance can leave you trying to work out where you stand. And before you realise it, you’re analyzing, checking, replaying, and looking for something that will finally make you feel settled.

The goal isn’t to shame yourself for doing this, or to convince yourself that every concern is unfounded. It’s to recognize when uncertainty is pulling you into a spiral and learn to give yourself a moment before reacting.

Which part do you notice first: rereading messages, overthinking small changes, or feeling the urge to act immediately?

Save this for a moment when you need the reminder, and follow for more grounded guidance on anxious attachment, nervous system regulation, and building more secure relationships. 🤍

Secure love can feel unfamiliar when you’re used to the chase, the uncertainty, or wondering where you stand. Sometimes, consistency feels less exciting than chemistry. Direct communication feels scarier than reading between the lines. And when someone treats you well, part of you might still be waiting for something to go wrong. Building secure love means practising something different.

🌸Choose consistency over chemistry. Pay attention to how someone shows up, not just how they make you feel in the moment.
🌸Communicate instead of mind reading. Say what you need rather than searching for clues or keeping score.
🌸Stay connected to yourself. Keep your friendships, interests, ambitions, and the parts of your life that make you you.
🌸Learn to repair. Conflict happens. What matters is whether you can come back together, listen, take responsibility, and work towards understanding.
🌸Practise receiving secure love. When unpredictability is familiar, consistency can take time to trust. Let yourself experience something different without assuming something must be wrong.

You don’t have to get all five right overnight. Start by noticing which one feels hardest for you. Which of these are you learning to practice in your relationships? Tell me in the comments. I’d love to hear. 💖

Follow along for more on anxious attachment, emotional patterns, and building secure love.

Save this for the next time one message sends you into an overthinking spiral.

The full stop. The shorter reply. The fact that he said “yeah” instead of “yeahh.” Suddenly, you’re rereading the same message, analysing every word, and trying to work out what it means about how he feels about you.

But has anything new actually happened? Or are you hoping that reading it one more time will finally make you feel certain?

There’s a difference between looking for information and looking for reassurance. And sometimes, no amount of analysing will give you the certainty you’re after. If something genuinely feels off, you can ask about it. You can communicate what you need. You don’t have to solve it by yourself through a text message.

Next time you feel the urge to reread, pause and ask yourself:
Am I trying to understand something, or am I trying to make the uncertainty go away? You can feel uncertain without needing to do something about it immediately.

You have now read the text twelve times. It has not changed. And yet, here you are, checking it again to see if you missed something.

When a reply takes longer than expected, your mind can get busy filling in the blanks. Your nervous system may be looking for certainty, so checking your phone or replaying the conversation starts to feel urgent.

Pause, breathe, observe, and proceed.

Ask yourself what you need right now, not what he needs and how to fix it.

If you’re trying to make sense of a relationship dynamic and want support with your own needs and patterns, comment CONSULTATION below. I would love to talk with you about how I may be able to help.

Sometimes someone can want a relationship and still pull away when closeness grows. That might look like focusing on their partner’s flaws, feeling protective of their independence, shutting down during a difficult conversation, or finding it easier to leave than explain what they need.

Avoidant attachment can be one way to understand these patterns, but everyone’s experience is different.
