Essential Float is temporarily pausing appointments while we upgrade some of the pods equipment! Maintaining proper circulation, filtration, temperature and sanitation is essential, so we will not reopen until everything is operating exactly as it should. Thanks for your understanding and we appreciate your patience!

In the meantime- you can still book out your next appointment: essentialfloat.floathelm.com

If the idea of a full hour feels intimidating, starting with a 30-minute float can be a comfortable way to experience the space. You may leave the pod open, keep the light on and adjust the experience to your comfort level. There is no prize for floating a certain way, your first goal is simply to become familiar with it.
