INARA is a boutique medical aesthetics practice that blends medical training & artistic detail.
Created from the belief that beauty should feel natural & empowering, we focus on refined, elevated enhancements that are precise, intentional & customized.
Turns out I’m better at being an injector than a content creator 😂
Between Botox appointments, catching up on life and exchanging Netflix recommendations, I somehow forget I’m supposed to be filming content too.
Anyway…what’s everyone binge-watching right now? I need recommendations.
FACE VALUE 001 | Let’s talk lips 💋
When we talk about aging, we focus so much on wrinkles, skin laxity, and volume loss in our cheeks… but what about our lips?
They’re aging too!
Over time, we lose collagen, volume, and support. Lips become thinner, borders lose definition, and those little vertical lines (aka smoker’s lines) start to appear. And no, you don’t have to smoke to get them!
But here’s the thing about lip filler… it’s not always about BIGGER lips.
Sometimes it’s about restoring what’s been lost. A little volume, better shape and balance, more definition, and that soft, smooth appearance we associate with youthful lips.
We often overlook how much our lips contribute to facial aging.
And personally? I love a subtle restoration. Lips that still look like YOUR lips, just a little refreshed. 🤎

The holiday countdown is officially ON ✨
And if you want to look and feel your best for Thanksgiving, Christmas + New Year’s, October is actually the perfect time to start planning.
Why now? Because the best aesthetic results usually aren’t rushed.
Botox + Dysport need time to settle.
Sculptra builds gradually.
Skin treatments need time to work their magic.
And planning now means we can space everything out instead of trying to do it all right before an event.
At Inara, every treatment plan is customized to YOU — your goals, your timeline + your budget. And because I’m a solo provider, I also offer concierge hours when you need a little more flexibility.

When is it my turn?
At some point you have to stop waiting for life to slow down and decide it’s your turn too.
If you’re in this season with me, comment ME 🤍
3 treatments I’ll never offer at my clinic-
Nose filler. Thread Lift. Kybella.
I actually think one of the biggest changes that comes with experience as an injector is getting really comfortable saying “I wouldn’t do that”—even when someone is willing to pay you to do it.
And before anyone comes for me 😂 — this isn’t me saying these treatments should never be done or that there aren’t providers who get beautiful results with them.
This is just where I’ve landed after years of injecting.
The longer I’ve been in aesthetics, the more selective I’ve become about what I’m willing to offer. Just because I can perform a treatment doesn’t mean I think it’s the best option for my patients.
For me, it comes down to things like risk vs. reward, predictability, longevity, and whether I think there’s a better way to get someone closer to the result they actually want.
And these three? They’re a no for me.
Now I’m curious 👀 Which one surprised you most?
Approaching 40 has changed the way I think about aging.
For years, I’ve helped women feel more confident through aesthetics and wellness. Now, as I approach 40 myself, I’m experiencing many of the changes women have talked to me about for years from an entirely different perspective.
And it’s made me realize something:
We don’t necessarily need more information. We need help understanding what actually deserves our attention.
Because aging well shouldn’t mean trying to look 25, obsessively tracking every metric, or feeling like our bodies have suddenly become another problem to solve.
For me, it means feeling strong. Having energy. Feeling confident in my body. Taking care of my health. Still recognizing myself in the mirror. And continuing to become a version of myself I’m excited about.
That’s the direction I want to explore more here at Inara—aesthetics, wellness, and the bigger conversation around what it actually means to age well.
Not trying to go backward.
Learning how to feel our best moving forward. 🤎
After hours thought because this one stayed with me today…
A patient told me she felt embarrassed that she needed help with weight loss. Like she should be able to do this on her own.
And it honestly broke my heart a little because…why do we do this to ourselves?
We’ll ask for help with our hair, our skin, our finances, our businesses, our workouts — but when it comes to our bodies and weight loss, somehow we’ve decided struggling alone deserves a badge of honor.
It doesn’t.
Getting support doesn’t mean you failed. Medical weight management is a tool — and using a tool doesn’t mean you took the easy way out.
You don’t have to prove you can do it alone before you’re allowed to ask for help.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can say is, I’m ready for support.
If you’ve been quietly wondering what medical weight management could look like for you, I offer personalized, concierge-style weight loss support both in person and virtually. No shame. No judgment. Just a conversation about your goals and your options. 🤍
I think as women we’ve somehow convinced ourselves that doing everything on our own is a flex.
Especially when it comes to our bodies.
We should be able to lose the weight ourselves.
We should have more willpower.
We should just eat better, work out harder, be more disciplined.
And if we need help, somehow that means we took the easy way out.
But…why?
There’s no award at the end for making something harder than it needed to be.
Medical weight management isn’t for everyone, and it’s not magic. It’s a tool. And for the right person, with the right support, it can be one piece of a much bigger picture.
You still have to take care of yourself. You still have to prioritize protein, move your body, build muscle, work on your habits and learn what actually makes you feel good.
You’re still doing the work.
You just decided you didn’t have to do all of it alone.
And I think we need to stop making women feel guilty for that. 🤎
And because I know someone will ask — yes, I offer virtual consultations too. You don’t have to be local to work with me.
