I highlighted her using Redken Gels 9N + 30 vol and 7N + 30 vol, strategically placed to create dimension, brightness and a gorgeous blonde that still feels rich against her skin tone.
Finished her off with soft, effortless beachy waves because blonde should MOVE. 🌊🔥

Four years ago today, our paths crossed.
On August 5, 2022, I had the pleasure of meeting Anne Heche. Looking back at this photo, I’m reminded that some encounters feel bigger than chance. We pass through one another’s lives for moments we may never fully understand, yet those moments can stay with us forever.
Life has a way of weaving people together through what often feels like an invisible, universal design. Sometimes we don’t recognize the significance until much later.
I’m truly saddened that Anne is no longer with us. My heart goes out to everyone who loved her. I hope her spirit has found peace, healing, and endless light on its journey.
This photo is a quiet reminder to cherish the people we meet, to be present in the moment, and to never underestimate how meaningful even a brief connection can become.
May your soul continue to shine, Anne. Thank you for the moment our paths crossed. Rest in peace, and may you always walk in the light. ✨🕊️

For over 25 years I’ve had the privilege of doing the hair of the incredibly talented landscape architect Joseph Marek. Seeing him celebrated alongside the legendary Martha Stewart at Lotusland Celebrates: Botanical Splendor is a beautiful reminder that creativity grows in every field. So proud of you, Joseph! 🌿✨
