Embody Wellness

Women often step into this season overwhelmed and under supported, taking care of everyone but themselves. For just one day, I’m hosting an opportunity to love on yourself and support your body, mind and spirit as we step into this next season of the year.

• thoughtfully curated journaling prompts to strengthen your body/mind alignment

•yin yoga show flow to restore rest and natural rhythms in your body

•custom scented, non-toxic candle making so you can bask in the scent you create in your home, grounding yourself every time you light your candle.

•sauna and ice bath experience to enhance relaxation. (Ice bath optional)

These are some of my favorite ways to ground myself and ensure that I’m showing up my absolute best for the people I love!!!

Each week in The Embody Wellness Journaling Club we have been connecting with parts of ourselves that may be buried underneath all the expectations, conditioning and all the ways we’ve learned who we’re “supposed” to be. Our theme this week is Embody. We’re asking ourselves “what does it FEEL like to be truly, authentically me?” We are getting curious about who we are underneath all the noise and making a connection with her that we can feel and come back to over and over again. I am SO EXCITED about this week and I hope to see you there!
