Strong Bones: Yoga To Promote Bone Health. This specialty class combines Ayurvedic tidbits with a carefully chosen, accessible, bone health promoting poses yoga flow. It’s being held on Sunday Oct 25 at noon. After a 45 minute yoga practice, we’ll enjoy some Golden Milk Lattes! We will practice in The Zen Dandelion’s Halloween decorated suite (312). Wear your Halloween garb and come practice with us!
