🏃‍♂️ 6 DAYS. ONE INCREDIBLE COMEBACK. A TRIP TO STATE! 🏆

Sometimes, achieving a goal takes more than talent. It takes determination, a strong support system, and the belief that anything is possible! 💪❤️

We’re thrilled to share Kendall Shada’s inspiring recovery journey at Thrive Wellness Center!

📍 THE CHALLENGE

Just SIX DAYS before the conference meet, Kendall suffered a high ankle sprain and arrived at Thrive in a walking boot. With districts quickly approaching, we knew time was limited. Our goal was to support his recovery and give him the best possible opportunity to return to the course.

🔥 THE GAME PLAN

In just five days, Kendall completed:
✅ 3 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
✅ 3 Red Light Therapy sessions
✅ 2 Cryotherapy sessions

With a focused recovery approach, consistent effort, and Kendall’s incredible determination, he made significant progress in a short amount of time, allowing him to transition out of his walking boot and return to competition!

🏁 THE RESULT?

Kendall took on the challenge at districts, finished 8TH PLACE, and earned his spot at the STATE MEET! 🏆

And this accomplishment makes his journey even more remarkable...

Kendall is now a FOUR-TIME STATE QUALIFIER — becoming just the FOURTH boy in his program’s history to achieve this incredible milestone!
