Lately we’ve had an influx of young adults come in for waxing; and we absolutely love that they’re learning to care for their skin and self care! 🤍

However, as skincare routines have become more advanced, we’re seeing more young clients using products with active ingredients they may not even realize can affect the skin during waxing. Because we don’t always know what has been applied to the skin beforehand, we feel it’s important to take an extra step in protecting their skin from irritation or lifting.

For that reason, we’re updating our waxing age requirements. This isn’t about discouraging hair removal—it’s about making sure young skin is protected while they learn how to care for it safely. ✨ We’d love to educate any young adults with other alternatives to manage facial hair until they reach our age requirements to begin waxing. 🫶🏻
