Float Huntsville

New in the sauna: strapless robes 🤍

This one came straight from client feedback, specifically from our own marketing partner, Courtney. She mentioned preferring her shoulders and back uncovered during her sauna sessions, and started tying our regular robes into a strapless style to make it work.

We figured if she felt that way, plenty of you probably did too. So we got strapless robes added to the lineup, available for everyone to use for their next visit.

Same relaxing sauna session, just more options for how you want to feel comfortable in it. Let us know what you think!

Our "Sweat It Out" September winner is in... congrats to Sonya R. on 8 sauna sessions last month! 🏆

That's dedication to feeling better, and it shows. Whether it's melting away stress, easing sore muscles, or just carving out time to actually rest, Sonya made it a priority all month long.

How can you imagine your body feeling after 8 sauna sessions?

92° yesterday. 47° by tonight. 😳

That's not just a wild forecast, that's a recipe for achy joints and tension that seems to come out of nowhere.

Barometric pressure drops like this can cause tissues to expand and nerves to get more sensitive, which is why so many people feel "off" right as the weather turns. Sound familiar?

If your body's been feeling the shift, float therapy and our infrared red-light sauna are both great ways to help your muscles and joints recover from the pressure change. Come decompress with us this weekend so you can enjoy the cooler, fall weather!

See you tomorrow!

There's no wrong reason to book a sauna session, there's just your reason.

After a workout. Between meetings. Celebrating a birthday. Not sleeping well. Got that promotion. Need some TLC. Need a mental reset.

Whatever brought you here, the infrared heat with red light doesn't discriminate. Sore muscles, racing thoughts, and everything in between get the same treatment: 45 minutes to yourself and a reset that actually sticks.

Grab a session and give yourself the excuse. 256-202-4868 or floathuntsville.com
